Love those Gators!

We are so excited the Boatman Geller has a new happy little alligator out! Just look at his charming smile! Isn't he perfectly preppy?
These cards would be perfect as personalized stationery, but we love the use of this one as pool party invitations. (If you're going to insist on a pool for your summer party invites, though, try these pool party invitations!) Boatman Geller also offers an array of other alligator-covered goodies.

Favorite Personalized Stationery

Vacation seems like the perfect time to catch up on writing notes to loved ones. We use our stationery for thank you notes (some of which seem long overdue), and catch-up correspondence. With so many cute designs, it's hard to pick! These foldover personalized thank you cards are some of our favorites.
From Whitney English, the cool blue of this houndstooth seems summery and fresh.

Boatman Geller offers these fun pink and orange floral note cards. So cheery!

This might be our absolute favorite from Hicks Paper Goods. The coral is perfect for summer time thank you cards!

We are also currently offering some super specials on note cards. Check out these great deals on stationery! If you are looking for discounts on stationery, look no further. As low as $23 for 25 thank you cards--what a steal! Also for a limited time only, Lemon Tree Paperie is offering free shipping on orders over $75. Start shopping!

Designer Spotlight: Whitney English

An inspirational success story! At age 15, Whitney English Kolb began a life-long love affair with paper and interior design at a stationery and gift store in her hometown of Oklahoma City. The two passions, combined with her love of antique prints and textiles, fused in 2002 to create a unique marketplace niche for Whitney English, LLC.

Since then, Whitney English has become a name synonymous with modern classic style to paper lovers everywhere. The designs in her collections are instantly recognizable for their patterns with a sophisticated edge and signature saturated colors. Charming interpretations of favorite motifs and themes adorn note cards, announcements, personal stationery and gift items.

Whitney's work has recently been featured in Traditional Home, Southern Accents, and InStyle Magazine. Here are a couple of my favorite designs from her January 2008 release:

My Name Is...

My name is Julie Ganaway Blanchard.

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and lived there until I was thirty ... minus the college years, one hour away at The University of Georgia.

I’ve lived in Southern California for the past four years, currently in Carlsbad, California (northern San Diego area).

I’m married to my husband Ryan and we have a son named Weston, who is currently just over one year old. We are photographed below...

I worked at Paper Affair in Atlanta for six years, managing one of their stores.

I now own Lemon Tree Paperie.

I launched the website in 2005.

I love my job!
